Application Administrator III

IndeedRemote,
$91,000 - $190,000

About The Position

As an Application Administrator III on Indeed's Revenue Systems team, you will own Zuora configuration and health. Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue record how Indeed bills employers and recognizes revenue. Finance, revenue operations, and engineering teams rely on you to keep that configuration correct. Your week mixes project work with production support. You will build new products and rate plans, create custom fields, and promote configuration from sandbox to production. You will administer user access and run periodic access reviews. When a bill run, payment run, or revenue job fails, you will investigate, correct the data, and remove the cause. Over time you will become the technical advisor these teams turn to first.

Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience; or a minimum of 5 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience.

  • Working knowledge of Zuora Revenue or a comparable revenue recognition platform.

  • Build reports, dashboards, and workflows that give finance and operations partners visibility into billing data.
  • Advise partners on platform capabilities, maintain solution documentation, and mentor other administrators.
