About The Position

Sherman’s Appliance Service Technicians diagnose and repair home appliances in customer’s homes. You will help us create customers for life by solving issues quickly and without hassle. It’s your job to WOW customers with your expertise and helpfulness. The day-to-day involves starting the morning at the shop reviewing the route, grabbing parts, and meeting with the team to discuss challenging repairs, share ideas, and learn from each other. Technicians drive a company-provided sprinter van to customers’ homes throughout the day, diagnosing and repairing appliances in the field while ensuring customers feel heard, informed, and taken care of. The role requires working independently in the field while staying connected to a close-knit, team-oriented department that supports each other constantly. This includes calling teammates for help, troubleshooting tough problems together, and sharing knowledge openly. The position also involves being coached, challenged, and expected to keep learning as appliance technology evolves.
