Command the service board, optimize technician routing, manage the warranty claim pipeline, and elevate our field technicians. You are the operational hub of the service department. This role involves routing technicians efficiently across Tiffin, Fremont, and Findlay territories, providing office-based troubleshooting for high-end units (Sub-Zero, Wolf, Bosch), and designing/implementing upgrade training plans for technicians. You will also process warranty claims accurately, read, analyze, and file detailed service reports, work with the parts specialist for staging/inventory, and liaise with brand representatives. Additionally, you will track service calls, calculate bonus structures, maintain clear communication across all departments, and handle escalated or complex VIP service cases in the field.
