About The Position

Culinary Depot is looking for a motivated, sales-driven Appliance Sales Associate who knows how to turn customer inquiries into completed sales. The ideal candidate has experience selling appliances or equipment, can manage multiple customers at once, and understands the importance of following up, negotiating, and closing deals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, takes ownership of the sales process, and is motivated to earn commission based on performance.

Requirements

Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environment.
Comfortable following up with customers and closing sales.
Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Able to manage multiple open quotes and sales opportunities.

Nice To Haves

Previous appliance, retail, or equipment sales experience preferred.
Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
Experience selling major appliances or commercial kitchen equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with selecting and purchasing appliances and commercial kitchen equipment.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right products.
Prepare quotes, explain pricing, and communicate product availability.
Follow up on quotes, inquiries, and pending sales to close deals.
Manage multiple customers and sales opportunities simultaneously.
Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.
Negotiate pricing when appropriate and work toward closing sales.
Process orders and sales transactions accurately.
Maintain an organized showroom and assist with general store operations.
