Requirements
- Experience in appliance repair, refrigeration, HVAC, or electrical work
- Sealed system experience REQUIRED (or strongly preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High school diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Whirlpool appliances
- EPA certification (for refrigeration work)
- Previous in-home service experience
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair major household appliances: Refrigerators (sealed systems), Washers & dryers, Dishwashers, Microwaves, Gas & electric ranges/stoves
- Provide excellent customer service in customers’ homes
- Explain repair issues and solutions clearly to customers
- Use mobile devices to complete digital work orders
- Maintain a high level of first-time fix rate and customer satisfaction
- Stay current on appliance technology and smart home system
