About The Position

The Appliance & Electrical Department Coordinator is responsible for the seamless coordination of appliance/electrical service and installation operations. This role serves as the central point of contact for customers, field professionals, and internal teams to ensure timely scheduling, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving parts with strong attention to detail. We are looking for a friendly and outgoing person to be able to perform duties such as managing a multi-line phone system, managing field pro schedules, ordering equipment, pulling permits, data entry, invoicing, filing, timecards, and following up with customers, and helping with special projects for managers and owners.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in scheduling, email communication, and data entry.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Service Titan Experience a Plus
  • Familiarity with Service Titan or similar field service management software is a plus
