About The Position

This is a seasonal position with the opportunity to earn extra money for the holidays and enjoy an Outfitter Discount. The Sales Outfitter performs various Selling / Customer Service activities, including greeting and acknowledging customers, handling merchandise, and providing information and assistance. The role supports a commitment to customer service, demonstrates products, replenishes shelves, remains knowledgeable about products and sales, assists with seasonal floor merchandise moves, restocks merchandise, and keeps the work area clean. The Sales Outfitter provides a legendary experience for every customer by assisting them in making buying decisions, identifying their needs, making product recommendations, and promoting company programs.

Requirements

Minimum Degree Required: High School education or equivalent experience
Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers
Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers
Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system

Responsibilities

Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
Demonstrates product to customers.
Replenishes product on shelves as required per Merchandising guidelines.
Remains Product “expert” through ongoing product knowledge training.
Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales; maintains pricing and signing.
Assists with "Seasonal" floor merchandise moves.
Restocks merchandise as required.
Keeps work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies.
Follows all Company Policies and Procedures.
Provides a legendary experience for every customer, every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions by: identifying and evaluating customers' needs, making product recommendations based off of this analysis, promoting programs including, but not limited to CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
