About The Position

This is a seasonal part-time position focused on sales and customer service. The Sales Outfitter is responsible for greeting customers, handling merchandise, providing assistance and product information, and promoting company programs. The role supports a strong commitment to customer service and aims to create a pleasant shopping experience. This position also involves replenishing stock, maintaining product knowledge, and assisting with seasonal floor merchandise moves.

Requirements

High School education or equivalent experience
Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers
Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers
Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system

Responsibilities

Greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
Handling merchandise with care.
Providing information, assistance, and direction to customers.
Demonstrating product to customers.
Replenishing product on shelves as required per Merchandising guidelines.
Remaining a Product “expert” through ongoing product knowledge training.
Remaining knowledgeable of advertised sales; maintaining pricing and signing.
Assisting with "Seasonal" floor merchandise moves.
Restocking merchandise as required.
Keeping work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies.
Following all Company Policies and Procedures.
Providing a legendary experience for every customer, every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions by: identifying and evaluating customers' needs, making product recommendations based off of this analysis, promoting programs including, but not limited to CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
Performing various Selling / Customer Service activities.
