About The Position
TCW Trends is a fast-growing apparel partner for major brands and retailers. We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Assistant to support the daily lifecycle of our apparel orders. You will be assisting the Product Development and Production team in their day-to-day task.
Requirements
- 1+ year in the apparel industry (internships count!).
- High proficiency in Excel and Outlook is a must.
- Very detail oriented! You notice the small things—from a wrong button color to a missing tracking number.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Must be able to work on-site in Torrance, CA (M–F, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm).
Nice To Haves
- Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Production, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily tracking sheets to ensure all factory deadlines are met.
- Draft professional emails to overseas vendors and local clients regarding order status.
- Receive, check, and organize samples (lab dips, strike-offs, and prototypes) for approval and shipment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production status, sample approvals, and deliveries.
- Input data and order updates in the system.
- Prepare sample packages for shipment and ensure all labeling is correct.
