About The Position
Join the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine as a highly motivated and committed Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for our dynamic critical care service. You will be an integral part of the multidisciplinary team caring for critically ill patients across three ICUs: LHMC Burlington, Beverly Hospital, and Winchester Hospital. This role requires independent critical thinking and patient care management in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience and a strong interest in critical care medicine is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Daily rounds and management of critical illnesses.
- Performing common bedside procedures.
- Ventilator management.
- Managing ICU admissions and critical care consults.
- Bed flow management.
- Serving on the LHMC Medical Emergency Team and responding to all hospital emergencies.
