About The Position
Beth Israel Lahey Health has openings for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) on our Hospital Medicine team at Beverly Hospital. We are currently recruiting for both a 0.75 Day Admitting role and a 0.75 Swing Admitting role. This is an opportunity to join a growing BILH team and make a difference in people's lives.
Requirements
- At least one year of APP experience in Hospital Medicine, Critical Care, or a related field.
- Physician Assistants: Must be graduates of an accredited PA program.
- Nurse Practitioners: Must be graduates of a Master's program in Nursing.
- Active APRN/PA certification and license.
- DEA number.
- MA Controlled Substances Registration number.
- Written prescription privilege protocols signed by all attending physicians you'll work with.
Responsibilities
- Providing preventative patient care.
- Assessing acute and chronic patient illnesses.
- Planning and delivering treatment programs.
- Seeking consultation or referral when necessary.
