About The Position
Full Circle Health is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their Caldwell Clinic team. Requirements
- Unrestricted/unconditional license to practice under the laws of the State of Idaho.
- Unrestricted Board of Pharmacy registration.
- Unrestricted DEA registration.
- All necessary federal narcotics and controlled substance numbers and licenses.
- Eligibility to participate in Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-party payment programs.
- Ability to be fully credentialed, licensed, and privileged.
- Must be able to obtain immunizations, including an annual influenza vaccine, or apply for an exemption prior to employment.
- Must be able to work in a tobacco-free workplace.
Nice To Haves
- Previous outpatient, primary care clinical experience preferred.
- Other relevant clinical patient care experience may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Provide full-time family medicine care as an NP or PA at the Caldwell Clinic.
