About The Position

Full Circle Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to support their pediatrics clinic in Nampa, ID. The role involves providing outstanding care and contributing to the education of future healthcare leaders within the community. Requirements

• For Nurse Practitioner: RN, BSN, MSN, FNP
• For Physician Assistant: BS Degree, Successful completion of an ARC-PA accredited training program.
• Ability to be fully credentialed, licensed and privileged.
• Unrestricted/unconditional license to practice under the laws of the State of Idaho.
• Possess an unrestricted Board of Pharmacy registration, unrestricted DEA registration and all necessary federal narcotics and controlled substance numbers and licenses.
• Maintain eligibility to participate in Medicare, Medicaid and all other third-party payment programs that contract with Full Circle Health.
• Must be able to be vaccinated for influenza annually or obtain an exemption prior to employment.
• Must be able to work in a tobacco-free workplace.

Nice To Haves

• Previous outpatient, primary care clinical experience preferred.
• Other relevant clinical patient care experience may be considered.
• Pediatrics experience preferred.
