About The Position

The App Label Machine Operator supports the production environment and contributes to operational success, with an emphasis on safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork. The position reports to the Supervisor and is based in Plant City, Florida. The schedule is 5:45 a.m.–6:00 p.m. or 5:45 p.m.–6:00 a.m., working four days on and four days off. Pay is $15.67 per hour plus a $0.50 shift differential.

The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds to waist level; standing for extended periods; and performing repetitive movements such as walking, twisting, wrist movements, and bending. Operators work safely around flashing lights or strobe features associated with labeling and printing equipment. The work also requires reaching to shoulder height and occasionally overhead, as well as twisting, bending, and stooping.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and understand standard work instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math and use measuring tools.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule within a 24/7 operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive movements, bending, reaching, twisting, and stooping.
