APP - Convenient Care - Fayetteville
About The Position
FirstHealth of the Carolinas is seeking an experienced APP (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) for their established Convenient Care clinic in Fayetteville, NC. This is a solo provider setting within an ever-expanding and progressive health system committed to providing quality services. The clinic operates from 8 AM to 8 PM, and the position involves three 12-hour shifts per week with paid administrative time. The clinic is equipped with on-site imaging and diagnostic testing and utilizes Epic EMR. The role offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including base salary plus quality and productivity incentives, health, life, and disability benefits, two retirement savings plans (401a, 403b with match), generous time off, relocation allowance, CME allowance with reimbursement for NC license and DEA, provider wellbeing resources, paid parental leave, and a free fitness center membership. Requirements
- PA must be a graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant program and have NCCPA certification.
- NP must be a graduate of a nurse practitioner education program and have national certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience treating all ages in an Urgent Care/Emergency Medicine setting is required.
- Clean background.
- NC licensure and DOT certification (or ability to obtain) required.

- 3+ years of experience in an Urgent Care/Emergency Medicine setting is highly desired.
