APP Clinical Associate
About The Position
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at OHSU seeks a per diem Advanced Practice Provider (APP) credentialed and privileged as a Physician Assistant (PA), CNM (Certified Nurse Midwife) or an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) in the respective specialty area; i.e., obstetrics and/or gynecology. This position will provide team-based care with the OB/GYN Generalist Division, and must have confidence in providing general Gynecology and Obstetrics care to patients. Participate in the delivery of the group clinical practice as needed, with clinical care provided at the Center for Women’s Health. Administrative and other duties may be assigned based on department needs and areas of expertise and interest.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree as required by specific Advanced Practice Provider role.
- Current licensure as required by specific Advanced Practice Provider governing board(s) in the state of Oregon.
- 5 years clinical experience as an APP that demonstrates ability to fulfill responsibilities for Women's Health experience (both Ob and Gyn)
- Demonstrated ability to work with a team of health care providers and collaborate to achieve patient care goals.
- Experience working in an interdisciplinary setting.
- Active Oregon Medical License
