About The Position
Summit Health is seeking a licensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) to work collaboratively with their Cardiology Department. This role is within a supportive team environment that includes Physicians, APPs, RNs, LPNs, MAs, and non-clinical support staff. The practice is physician-led and patient-centric, aiming to simplify healthcare and provide connected care services. They are innovating value-based care and leveraging integrated applications, population insights, and staffing expertise to ensure all patients have access to high-quality, connected care services that provide better outcomes at a reduced total cost of care.
Requirements
- Current New York State PA or APN License
- Board Certified
- Minimum 1-year experience in Cardiology
- Experience performing stress testing on patients.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the Cardiology Department.
- Provide integrated, multidisciplinary, patient-centered care.
