About The Position

This fellowship provides advanced practice registered nurses (APNs) and physician assistants (PAs) with specialized training in primary care, with a focus on serving rural and medically underserved populations. The program includes specialty rotations, hands-on procedural experience, and opportunities for community engagement. The fellowship aims to equip fellows with the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality, patient-centric primary care.

Responsibilities

Providing high quality patient care to the patients of OSF.
Providing such professional Advanced Practice services.
Maintaining the consistency and quality of all services provided to the Practice and its patients.
Maintaining full and current patient medical records, including reports of all examinations, procedures, and other services performed by Provider or other support staff.
Exercising diligence in assisting the Ministry CEO in keeping costs of the Practice to a minimum while maintaining a high level of quality care for patients.
Providing a truly personalized, patient-centric experience to patients of the Practice and the OSF Hospital aligned to the patient's preferences, goals and needs.
