About The Position

This Critical Care Fellowship position is at a Level 1 Trauma Center for adults and pediatrics, an ELSO Gold Center of Excellence for ECMO, and a Level IV NICU with an NNP transport team. The fellowship includes adult critical care rotations through all ICUs, including trauma services and CVICU, and mixed PICU with cardiac and medical ICU services. Procedural training covers intubation, central lines, arterial lines, PICC lines, thoracostomy, and more. The fellowship begins April 2027.

Responsibilities

Providing high quality patient care to the patients of OSF.
Providing such professional Advanced Practice services.
Maintaining the consistency and quality of all services provided to the Practice and its patients.
Maintaining full and current patient medical records, including reports of all examinations, procedures, and other services performed by Provider or other support staff.
Exercising diligence in assisting the Ministry CEO in keeping costs of the Practice to a minimum while maintaining a high level of quality care for patients.
Providing a truly personalized, patient-centric experience to patients of the Practice and the OSF Hospital aligned to the patient's preferences, goals and needs.
