Requirements

  • Develop and maintain the detailed 0-3-month master production schedule based on the CIBM monthly supply plan.
  • Create, level-load, validate, and release executable production plans and orders through OMP OPR and SAP.
  • Maintain the product wheel, planning rates, capacity assumptions, scheduling rules, and MPS governance.
  • Monitor demand, inventory, customer orders, stock transfer orders, outages, and material availability; adjust schedules as conditions change.
  • Provide Material Availability Dates (MADs) for customer and stock transfer orders using the DLF Matrix.
  • Identify and resolve short-term supply risks, lead supply-interruption communications, and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Investigate DTP and MPS misses, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
  • Partner with Operations, customer service, Global Supply Planning, logistics, import/export, MRP, and other schedulers to align execution.
  • Lead or participate in decision centers, site scheduling meetings, supply reviews, and SMORDI reviews.
  • Maintain accurate planning data and scheduling hygiene, support OMP implementation and process improvement, and cross-train for backup coverage.
