The APIP Facilitator is responsible for direct service provision to participants. Direct services include group counseling utilizing a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy modality, advocacy services, referrals and follow-up. Individual must demonstrate sensitivity to issues related to the impact of the criminal justice system, trauma and domestic violence. In addition, the APIP facilitator will make all necessary assessments for the following needs: community agencies to provide proper placement of participants in areas of permanent housing, vocational and educational services, and to assist families in securing public assistance, Medicaid or other benefits. APIP facilitator will conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly risk assessments as needed. Salary: $65,000
