The APIP Senior Case Manager is responsible for facilitating Abusive Partner Intervention groups, providing comprehensive case management— including individual sessions, treatment planning, documentation, and referrals—while ensuring program integrity and high quality service delivery. In addition to client facing responsibilities, this position carries supervisory duties, supporting team members to maintain program standards, adherence to protocols, and overall accountability. Conducts accurate assessments and motivates participants toward progress while maintaining appropriate boundaries. Organization & Case Management: Manages caseloads efficiently, maintains accurate documentation, and prioritizes tasks in a fast paced environment to ensure timely, high quality service delivery.
