About The Position

ATS is seeking a full-time dual certified API 510 and/or 570 and/or 653 Inspector to support our Augusta, GA office. Additional NDT certifications are a plus.

Requirements

Must be a dual certified API 510 and/or 570 and/or 653 Inspector
Additional NDT certifications are a plus.
Candidate must be willing and very able to work at heights, in confined spaces, outdoors, and at lab, manufacturing and industrial sites.
Candidate must be willing to relocate, work odd hours, work overtime, work varying hours and a varying schedule.
Must be local or willing to relocate.
Ability to learn and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
Applicants must pass a drug screen and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
A requirement of this position is access to information that is subject to U.S. export controls under the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”). Responsibilities

Performs field inspections of tanks, and piping for compliance with standards and regulations, and ensures quality control and compliance.
Provides recommendations for repairs and alterations to tanks, pressure vessels, piping and other components.
Industrial inspection, operations and maintenance experience.
Process improvement experience.
Strong leadership skills and ability to work unsupervised.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to write reports detailing assessments and results
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Power-point, AutoCAD.
Ability to multi-task and work in a growing environment.

Plant engineering or steel fabrication experience.
Industrial inspection, operations and maintenance experience.
