About The Position

The Apartment Turn Over Painter is responsible for property and facility painting and paint repairs, and unit make-readies to ensure quality standards. This is a hands-on position involving painting while ensuring all safety requirements are consistently met with quality standards delivered.

Requirements

High School or GED.
Possess 1 year experience in a residential apartment complex, commercial building construction or painting preferred.
Must be able to effectively communicate with residents and staff.
Must function under general supervision.
Must be flexible and have integrity.
Must possess the ability of effectively work with residents and staff.
Ability to commute/relocate: Bradenton, FL 34209: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Nice To Haves

Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desired.
Have knowledge of knock down and orange peel techniques.

Responsibilities

Completes all work orders in a timely manner while providing detailed information regarding the task(s) performed along with all prescribed/pertinent equipment information.
Assists in maintaining proper levels of materials and supplies for the campus to ensure the timely and efficient completion of necessary tasks.
Attendance is essential to this job. Must also maintain dependability and punctuality as outlined in Attendance policy.
Must possess a working knowledge of residential building painting.
Perform maintenance painting of wall, doors, frames, baseboards, ceilings, floors repairs, including texture painting, refinishing, etc.
Must be able to effectively communicate with residents and staff.
Must function under general supervision.
Must be flexible and have integrity.
Must possess the ability of effectively work with residents and staff.
