About The Position

The Apartment Turn Over Painter is responsible for property and facility painting and paint repairs, and unit make-readies to ensure quality standards. This is a hands-on position focused on painting while consistently meeting all safety requirements and delivering quality standards.

Requirements

High School or GED.
Knowledge of knock down and orange peel techniques
Possess a working knowledge of residential building painting
Be able to effectively communicate with residents and staff.
Function under general supervision.
Be flexible and have integrity.
Possess the ability of effectively work with residents and staff.
Reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Bradenton, FL 34209 before starting work (Required)

Nice To Haves

Possess 1 year experience in a residential apartment complex, commercial building construction or painting preferred
Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desired

Responsibilities

Completes all work orders in a timely manner while providing detailed information regarding the task(s) performed along with all prescribed/pertinent equipment information.
Assists in maintaining proper levels of materials and supplies for the campus to ensure the timely and efficient completion of necessary tasks.
Maintain dependability and punctuality as outlined in Attendance policy.
Perform maintenance painting of wall, doors, frames, baseboards, ceilings, floors repairs, including texture painting, refinishing, etc.
