About The Position

Massey Services is seeking an Apartment Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a “can do” attitude with a strong work ethic and must be adept at working in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for the overall experience of our customers, requiring strong verbal and written communication skills. The technician will provide accurate and timely completion of required paperwork, compare and evaluate possible customer service solutions, and recommend a customized service plan that best meets customer needs. Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
• Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire
