About The Position
Living Well Homes is seeking an experienced, full-time Apartment Property Manager to oversee one of their properties in Greensboro. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, polished, and have proven success in managing multiple properties and possess renovation experience. This role is for an individual passionate about property management who wants to work for a company that values its employees.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Property Management experience
- Renovation experience
- Experience managing multiple properties
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Enhanced negotiation abilities
- Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, direct and support a team of employees including Assistant Managers, Leasing Agents, and a Maintenance Team.
- Advertise units and negotiate lease terms
- Perform tenant screenings
- Act as liaison between tenants and property owners
- Collect rent on a monthly basis and handle late payments in a timely manner
- Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints, completing repairs, contracting landscaping and snow removal companies and enforcing rules of occupancy
- Coordinate maintenance schedule with Maintenance Supervisor
