Responsibilities

• General cleaning of interior and exterior apartment buildings, grounds, amenities, and leasing offices.
• Assist with turnover cleaning as needed.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks such as bulb replacements and lighting inspections.
• Participate in snow removal efforts.
