About The Position

Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Porter to join our dynamic team. This is a community-focused role for individuals who are community-inspired, passion-driven, and possess a can-do attitude. The Porter will be part of the Maintenance team at Bennett Creek, a 260-unit community in Jacksonville, FL.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 months of related experience preferred
• Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
• Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly
• Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents
• Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth
