Avenues at Creekside is a 395-unit, A Class property managed by Adara Communities, featuring townhomes and mid-rise apartments with elevator buildings and attached garages.

Requirements

Must live or be able to relocate WITHIN 30 MINUTES of the property location at 625 Creekside Way, New Braunfels, TX 78130, USA.

Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in common areas including hallways, lobbies, and recreational areas.
Collect and dispose of trash from designated areas ensuring proper disposal methods are followed.
Keep outdoor areas clean and tidy by removing litter, watering plants, and ensuring sidewalks and pathways are clear of debris.
Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, and reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
Provide assistance to residents by helping with moving furniture, carrying packages, and addressing any concerns or inquiries in a courteous manner.
Monitor the premises for any safety hazards or security concerns and report any incidents or suspicious activities to management.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
