Join us and be part of a company where your impact truly matters. We are looking for an experienced Apartment Porter who thrives in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment. In this role, you will maintain cleanliness of all common areas, perform daily cleaning tasks, collect and dispose of trash, keep outdoor areas clean, assist with light maintenance tasks, support residents, monitor the community for safety hazards, follow company policies, and work collaboratively with the maintenance and office teams.

Requirements

Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
Ability to work outdoors and indoors in varying weather conditions
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Ability to lift and carry items as needed for cleaning and grounds tasks
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate

Nice To Haves

Previous porter, janitorial, or groundskeeping experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of all common areas including hallways, lobbies, breezeways, and recreational spaces
Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down surfaces
Collect, remove, and properly dispose of trash from designated areas throughout the community
Keep outdoor areas clean by picking up litter, blowing debris, watering plants, and maintaining walkways
Assist with light maintenance tasks such as changing bulbs, replacing air filters, and reporting needed repairs
Support residents by offering courteous assistance when needed (e.g., package or furniture help)
Monitor the community for safety hazards, maintenance needs, or security concerns and report promptly
Follow all company policies and safety guidelines
Work collaboratively with the maintenance and office teams to support daily operations
