About The Position
Revised Personnel is seeking motivated and dependable individuals for an Apartment Make-Ready Technician position at a local apartment community. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential for permanent hire based on performance and attendance.
Requirements
- Previous apartment make-ready or maintenance experience preferred
- Must have your own basic tools
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Preparing vacant apartment units for new tenants
- Painting, cleaning, and basic repairs
- Trash removal and unit clean-out
- Assisting with maintenance and grounds duties as needed
- Ensuring units are move-in ready
