About The Position
The Apartment Make Ready Technician performs general maintenance and repairs to keep apartment homes and other property facilities in good working order. The role ensures vacant apartments are fully prepared for future residents, including preparing homes for move-in through painting, pressure washing, groundskeeping, and basic maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Six months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, and/or mechanical repair.
- Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs to keep apartment homes and property facilities in good working order.
- Prepare vacant apartment homes for future residents and move-in.
- Paint and pressure wash as part of apartment preparation.
- Perform groundskeeping and basic maintenance tasks.
