About The Position
The Apartment Make Ready Technician performs general maintenance and repair to keep apartment homes and other property facilities in good working order. The role ensures vacant apartment homes are fully prepared for future residents by completing move-in preparation tasks, including painting, pressure washing, grounds keeping, and basic maintenance.
Requirements
- Six months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, and/or mechanical repair.
- Ability to work outdoors in environments exposed to adverse weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on apartment homes and other property facilities.
- Prepare vacant apartment homes for move-in and future residents.
- Complete painting, pressure washing, grounds keeping, and basic maintenance tasks.
