About The Position

Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a Maintenance Technician for four apartment communities (198 units total) in Greensburg. Our goal is to improve the lives of our residents and enhance the communities we serve. In addition to your core responsibilities in Greensburg, you'll have the opportunity to lend your skills to our other locations, ensuring our standards of excellence are met across the WPA region.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Available for on-call rotation
• Valid driver’s license
• Personal, insured mode of transportation
• Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
• Safely utilize power tools
• Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases

Responsibilities

• Turnovers/make-readies
• Repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC
• Preventative maintenance
• Handle emergency on-call service for after-hours maintenance
• Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
