Requirements

2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent
Previous management/ leadership experience in a maintenance setting
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
SOLID PLUMBING SKILLS INCLUDING BRAZING
HVAC EXPERIENCE & EPA CERTIFICATION
Pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening
Physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process

$33.00-$35.00 an hour
Up to $4,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses
On-call bonus structure, up to $1,700 annually
