About The Position
As the Maintenance and Grounds expert of your community, you will be responsible for completing work orders to maintain and repair the physical structures of buildings and grounds. This includes diagnosing problems and making repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, drywall repair, appliance maintenance, carpet cleaning, and exterior structure maintenance. You will also ensure the physical aspects of the property meet company standards and applicable laws, keeping the apartment community in a clean and orderly condition.
Requirements
- Experience working in maintenance, groundskeeping, or other trades.
- Skills in one or more technical areas desired including: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry and drywall.
- On-call duty, including weekends and holidays required.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Nice To Haves
- EPA Universal Certification preferred but not required.
- Previous residential maintenance experience desired.
