Requirements

2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction, or equivalent (we can train you!)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repair tasks in an apartment setting.
Conduct a maintenance skills assessment during the interview process.
Undergo pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.
Physically demonstrate the ability to complete basic job duties during the interview process.

$18.00-$21.00 an hour
Up to $3,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses
