About The Position

Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Triangle and Square apartment Communities in Omaha, NE. These are Conventional properties with 213 total units. This position will pay up to $22.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

Requirements

• Maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs
• Provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents
