Requirements

• 1+ years of general maintenance experience
• Skilled in: Drywall, Carpentry, Painting
• Skilled in: Plumbing (copper pipe, etc.)
• Skilled in: Electrical (outlets, switches, lighting)
• Skilled in: Appliance Repair (fridge, stove, disposal, dishwasher)
• Skilled in: Water Heater (gas & electric)
• A hands-on skill test will be required during the interview.
• You will be asked to complete a written skills maintenance test to help assess your skill level as part of the interview process.
• This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, and a valid Drivers License

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Handle daily work orders based on priority
• Make-Readies & Unit Turns
• Interior/Exterior Painting & Staining
• HVAC & Ventilation Tasks
• Grounds Maintenance
• Preventative Maintenance
• Keep work areas neat and organized
• Participate in 24/7 emergency on-call rotation
