Requirements

• 3+ years of general maintenance experience
• 6+ months apartment maintenance experience
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills
• Willingness to complete basic safety training within 30 days

Nice To Haves

• HVAC repair experience and EPA certification a plus
• Pool experience and CPO certification preferred
• Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset

Responsibilities

• Completing work orders efficiently and professionally
• Preparing units between residents (make-readies)
• Painting, staining, and light carpentry
• Preventative maintenance and exterior repairs
• Occasional on-call coverage (just one property!)
• Supporting housing inspections and safety protocols
