About The Position
Flynn Management is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician for its Hilltop Manor apartment communities in Ocala, Florida. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a minimum of 3-5 years of similar experience, capable of working independently and possessing their own tools. The position involves hands-on knowledge and experience in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of similar experience.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC.
- General repair knowledge.
- Must own tools.
- Must have a driver's license.
- Must have proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
- Ability to pass a basic maintenance exam.
- Provide references from prior supervisors.
- Complete a pre-employment drug, alcohol, and background screening.
Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs related to electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Respond to emergency maintenance needs on an on-call basis.
- Maintain apartment communities through various repair tasks.
