About The Position
Flynn Management is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician for their Hilltop Manor apartment communities in Ocala, Florida. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a minimum of 3-5 years of similar experience, who can work independently and possesses their own tools. The position involves hands-on experience in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of similar experience.
- Self-motivated.
- Able to work independently.
- Own tools.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and overall general repair knowledge.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
- Ability to pass a basic maintenance exam.
- Provide references from prior supervisors.
- Complete a pre-employment drug, alcohol, and background screening.
Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs related to electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Be available for on-call emergency needs.
