About The Position

YEAR-ROUND STABLE 40 HOUR WORK in Lima Ohio at Northlake Village Apartments! POSITION : Apartment (Multifamily) Maintenance Technician SCHEDULE: 8-5PM Monday through Friday, On-call once every 2 weeks ($100 bonus for weeks on-call and min of 1.5hrs paid for call outs) COMPENSATION: $20-22 an hour plus a quarterly bonus of up to $750, $500 a year in tool reimbursement and much more! Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred
1+ months experience in apartment maintenance
Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
Plumbing and electrical experience
Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)

Nice To Haves

EPA HVAC Certification a plus
CPO Certification a plus

Responsibilities

Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
Exterior structural maintenance as needed
Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed
Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system
