About The Position

CG Service Pros is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Austin. This is a field crew role working at apartment communities throughout the Austin area. The technician will help complete energy-saving upgrades, protect residents' homes, and document jobs using a smartphone. This role involves traveling between communities rather than being stationed at a single property. Candidates without HVAC experience or EPA certification can apply for the training track, which includes supervised task training and a path toward HVAC maintenance responsibilities. EPA certification preparation and credential progression are coordinated with the hiring team. Independent task assignments are based on demonstrated safety, work quality, required credentials, and supervisor sign-off. Certification does not replace hands-on training.
