About The Position

Monarch is seeking a Full Time - Apartment Maintenance Technician to join their team at Westminster Apartments in Greenwood, Indiana. This role offers year-round work with a company that emphasizes employee care, internal advancement, and employee recognition. Requirements

2+ years' experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent.
HVAC experience preferred (EPA or HVAC Certification & hands on experience).
Pool experience and CPO preferred but not required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to help with on call.

Responsibilities

Perform general apartment maintenance tasks.
Handle facilities maintenance.
Conduct painting.
Engage in general construction.
Provide HVAC services.
Manage pool maintenance (preferred).
Be available for on-call duties.
Assist with pre-employment screenings including criminal background check and drug screening.

Benefits

$19.00- $23.00/HR
