About The Position

Makowsky Ringel Greenberg is looking for an experienced, HVAC-certified Maintenance Technician for Annie's Townhomes in Memphis, Tennessee. The Apartment Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and repair to ensure apartment homes and other property facilities are in good working order.

Requirements

• HVAC certification (Universal preferred)
• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
• Physical ability to perform assigned tasks
• General knowledge of applicable building codes / laws
• Ability to complete required documentation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable vehicle suitable for maintenance work
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance
• Ability to pass credit, background, and drug screenings

• Ability to work in both residential and commercial settings

Responsibilities

• HVAC and appliance installation and repair
• Plumbing and electrical repair
• Lock installation, repair, and re-keying
• Preventive maintenance
• Preparing vacant apartments for move-in
