About The Position

Monarch Investment and Management Group is actively hiring a Maintenance Technician for Stone Grove Apartments. This is an immediate hire opportunity for a hands-on, reliable individual who takes pride in fixing things correctly the first time. The position involves handling service requests, apartment turns, troubleshooting various systems, performing repairs, and maintaining the property.

Requirements

• 1+ year of maintenance experience (apartment or facility preferred)
• Skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, appliances, etc.
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Availability for on-call rotation (1 week every 3 weeks)

Nice To Haves

• EPA / HVAC / CPO certifications

Responsibilities

• Knock out service requests and apartment turns efficiently
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Handle painting, carpentry, and general repairs
• Keep the property looking sharp with preventative maintenance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop
