Apartment Maintenance Technician (Make-Ready & Repairs)
About The Position
We’re looking for someone who is good with their hands, takes pride in their work, and enjoys fixing things right the first time. This role is responsible for getting apartment units ready for new residents, including painting, repairs, troubleshooting issues, and making sure everything is move-in ready. We will train the right person who shows effort, attitude, and attention to detail. Responsibilities
- Prepare vacant apartments for move-in (paint, repairs, touch-ups)
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general repairs
- Identify issues and fix them before they become problems
- Complete make-ready units on time and at a high standard
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Work with the team to turn units efficiently
