About The Position

As a Make-Ready Technician, you’ll play a key role in preparing apartments for new residents at The Ava and The Aria in Irving, TX —making sure every home is clean, functional, and move-in ready. You’ll see the impact of your work every day—turning empty apartments into welcoming homes. You’ll gain hands-on experience in painting, minor repairs, cleaning, and maintenance. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values hard work and attention to detail. You’ll have opportunities to grow your career in multifamily maintenance.

Requirements

Experience in make-ready, general labor, or maintenance preferred.
Basic skills in painting, repairs, and cleaning.
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.

Nice To Haves

HVAC/EPA Certification a plus!

Responsibilities

Prepare apartments for new move-ins by completing painting, cleaning, and repairs.
Assist with basic maintenance tasks including minor plumbing, electrical, and appliance fixes.
Ensure all work is completed on time and up to company standards.
Report larger maintenance needs to the Service Manager.
Support the maintenance team with special projects as needed.
